We deliver to all states and union territories across India. No matter where you are — Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, or a smaller town — we will get your gear to you.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Eastern India orders (West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, and nearby states) are usually delivered faster.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check the homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Returns Policy

15-Day Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Original packaging must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

How to Raise a Return

Simply WhatsApp us with your order details and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item back.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund is processed.
