2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on Playe.in are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 3 to 7 business days. Playe.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Playe.in including the logo, brand name, product descriptions, and images are the property of Playe.in or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playe.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
